Chris was excellent to work with. He responded to my phone call promptly, arrived on time, was clear about pricing, troubleshot my issues, and performed the work quickly and professionally. Update 4/17/25: Chris continues to be one of the best service providers I've had at my home. This time around, he didn't accept the simplest explanation for a problem and continued investigating to discover a hidden leak in a buried valve. Moreover, this was a leak that was not registering on the city's defective water leak gauge at the street. Don't even think twice. This is the guy. Update 6/1/26: Absolutely the same quality every time. Problem is quickly identified, customer is educated on the issue, and parts get replaced at a fair price. All in an hour of work.
Chris did a great job with both my lighting and sprinkler systems. He found a programming error with my sprinklers that had been previously diagnosed as a leak but wasn't that. He successfully diagnosed and repaired multiple issues with lighting. Al is well now!!

Chris was fabulous! He arrived when he said he would and had great attention to detail. The lighting angles were perfect the first time with no need for adjustments. He added heads to our sprinkler system and replaced the sod so well it is difficult to see where he dug. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone for landscape lighting and irrigation.

Really pleased with the service that Northshore Sprinkler & Lighting has provided for my 7 zone Rain-Bird system and landscaping lights. Since owning this home I have only know where 3 of the 7 master valves were located. Chris was able to locate the other 4 with ease and tune up the system. As for the landscaping lights, well I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.
